CrossConcept was founded in 2010 by engineering professionals, who had been developing and implementing solutions for leading Professional Services Automation software vendors since the segment emerged in the 1990s. Between the founder and the consulting team, CrossConcept has combined hundreds of years of experience assisting service organizations automate their processes.
